If you cancel an order before dispatch, we may charge a restocking and administrative fee.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant products and does not cover consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
(a) These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all transactions with Grill King Outdoor BBQ Kitchens NZ (NZBN 9429052302459). In these Terms:

2. Use of Our Website
(a) By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. (b) You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. (c) You must not use our website to engage in illegal activities, including:

3. Accounts
(a) You may make purchases without creating an account, but having one allows you to track your order history. (b) It is your responsibility to keep your account details accurate and secure. (c) You are responsible for all purchases made using your account.
4. Orders
(a) You can place an order online or in-store. (b) By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product for the listed price, including any applicable delivery fees or taxes. (c) We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. If we reject your order, we will notify you promptly. (d) It is your responsibility to check the order details before confirming your purchase. (e) Upon successful payment, we will send you an order confirmation email. (f) Some products may not be suitable for persons under 18 years old. (g) Availability is subject to stock levels, and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, delays, or pricing errors. (h) If we cancel your order before dispatch, we will notify you and issue a full refund. (i) If you cancel an order before dispatch, we may charge a restocking fee:

20% of the total order value if your order is under NZD 1,000

An administrative fee of NZD 500 may also apply
5. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
(a) If an item is a bulky item or available for pre-order, we will indicate the estimated availability on our site. (b) Delivery for bulky items may take 4-12 weeks. Custom BBQs have a lead time of at least 46 weeks. (c) Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where required under New Zealand Consumer Law. (d) Delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change.
6. Pricing and Payment
(a) Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include applicable GST. (b) Payments must be made in full before dispatch. (c) We accept various payment methods, as listed on our website. (d) We may offer discount codes, subject to specific terms.
6.1 Price Match Guarantee
We will match and beat any lower advertised price from a New Zealand-based retailer on an identical item by 10%. Exclusions apply to trade quotes, liquidation sales, bulk orders, and online-only sellers.
7. Product Variances
(a) Products may differ slightly from images shown online. (b) Stainless steel and stone benchtops may have natural variances in shading and texture. (c) Minor imperfections, such as tea staining on stainless steel, are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
8. Delivery, Title & Risk
(a) You may opt for delivery or warehouse pickup. (b) Delivery charges are quoted at checkout and are subject to change. (c) We will attempt to deliver to your provided address. Remote locations may not be serviceable. (d) If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the products at your premises. (e) Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
8.1 Storage Fees
(a) We will store your order free of charge for up to two weeks after the agreed delivery date. (b) Additional storage may be arranged at an extra cost.
9. Assembly Services
(a) Assembly services are available in select areas. (b) If you wish to add assembly after placing an order, you must notify us before dispatch.
10. New Zealand Consumer Law
(a) Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. (b) We do not accept returns for change of mind. (c) If your product is faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the severity of the fault. (d) You may be required to cover return shipping costs for warranty claims.
11. Intellectual Property
(a) Our website content, logos, and branding are our intellectual property. (b) You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
(a) If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before taking legal action.
13. General Terms
(a) We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. (b) Any notices or communications will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of order. (c) We are not responsible for third-party links on our website.
